   • Custom-made or special-order products (produced according to specific customer requirements) are non-refundable unless defective.

   • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

   • Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

   • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Exchanges

   • If you wish to exchange an item, please let us know when initiating your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
